We offer you the following amenities and options for your visit:

 

 

 

Use of the Shotgun Range and Clubhouse:

• Exclusive use available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
• On Wednesdays or Fridays, we can have the 5-Stand and Long Bird available but since the Club is open to members, you will not have exclusive use of the Clubhouse.
  

Your choice of shooting Trap, Skeet, 5-Stand and Long Bird (for novice shooters).

We will provide shotguns for your participants. You may also bring your own. If you bring your own shotgun, it must be shoulder mounted and smoothbore. Depending on how many in your party, sharing of shotguns might be necessary.

We may have shotgun shells available for purchase, but you should plan on bringing your own. Shot size must be 7½, 8, 8½ or 9. No steel shot.

Eye and Ear protection is mandatory and available for purchase on site.  Normal eyeglasses or sunglasses are acceptable.

You may bring your own food and beverages or cater.  We can also assist or make these arrangements for you.

CR&PC will provide range personnel to pull clay targets, instruct, and maintain safe gun handling practices.

 

 

Daily Fee:

 

 

For Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with full use of the Club:

• For 15 or fewer shooters there is a private party facility use fee of $1,500 
• For more than 15 shooters the daily use fee is $2,000
• For groups larger than 50, the daily use fee is $2,500

 

 

For Wednesday or Friday use of the 5-Stand without exclusive access to the Clubhouse

 

• For 10 or less shooters $650
• For 11 to 15 shooters $850
• For use of the Long Bird $100 over the 5-Stand fee

 

 

Shooting Costs:

In addition to the Daily Fee, you will be charged based on the number of clay targets (“claybirds”) and shotgun shells your guests actually shoot:

 

• One round of Trap, Skeet, 5-Stand or Long Bird consists of 25 clay targets thrown @ $6.00/Round
• Shotgun shells (25 in a box), 12 or 20 gauge @ $12.00/box
• Eye Protection @ $4.00Ear Protection @ $0.50 per pair

 

Shooting Cost Example (Planning Information)

We have found that most guests will comfortably shoot two rounds.

• Two rounds (50 targets) 2 x $6.00 = $12.00
• Two boxes (50) shotgun shells 2 x $12.00 = $24.00
• Average per shooter = $36.00
• (Plus eye and ear protection if needed)

All Charlotte Rifle & Pistol Club Inc. Rules and Regulations will be followed for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.  A CR&PC Liability Waiver will need to be signed by all participants.

 

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required two weeks prior to your reservation date.
