About this event
Recommended for new shooters, or anyone who wants to increase their familiarity and comfort level and brush up on gun knowledge, this is a hands-on workshop to learn and practice handling and manipulating a semi-automatic handgun.
Topics covered include:
- Nomenclature and parts of a pistol
- Locking back the slide
- How to clear and make safe
- Types of malfunctions and what to do
- How to bring your gun to the range and set up your bench to shoot
No live ammunition is allowed in the classroom.
