Women's Other Events & Programs
In 2013 the CRPC Women’s Programs was established to offer a variety of programs specifically tailored to women’s interests, attract women to the sport of shooting, and more fully integrate women into all facets of the club’s operations. CRPC hosts programs designed for women shooters of all skill levels, from those who have never pulled a trigger to those who are championship shooters. Workshops can be scheduled for women on a variety of practical firearms-related subjects such as gun cleaning; choosing a firearm, self-defense and protection in real life situations, NRA Female Firearms Instructor Courses and others.
NRA Women on Target® Instructional Shooting Clinics are held twice a year at the CRPC outdoor ranges. Designed for new shooters, this program can benefit women shooters of all levels.
CRPC Rifle, Pistol and Shotguns Matches and Events are open to members and non-members of all skill levels. Many women participant in these monthly, quarterly and semi annual and annual matches including Self Defense & Personal Protection Pistol and Rifle Event, Bullseye Pistol Match, Rimfire Rifle Match, as well as shotgun Skeet, Trap and Five Stand matches.
