Member must have completed the online: (1) Safety & Rules Overview; and (2) Shotgun Safety Briefing HERE Printout and bring Certificates of Completion to the live fire session of Shotgun Qualification to complete the qualification process.
Qualification Starts promptly at 9:00 AM. Ends at 11:00 AM.
Late arrivals will be denied entry!
Registration for the following month's Qualification will not open until the day after the current month's Qualification!

Safety is #1, therefore, all members must be Shotgun Qualified and have a SG qualified “sticker” on their badge to shoot unsupervised on the Shotgun Ranges.
By registering for this event, you are signing up for the live fire session of the Shotgun Qualification process. You will shoot 10 shots to demonstrate that you are a safe shooter, and that you understand and follow the Shotgun Range rules.
A $7.00 non-refundable materials fee is charged for the shooting qualification. Your clay targets and shells will be provided. We stock 12 and 20 gauge shotgun shells. If shooting any other gauge contact the event contact below.
Each member will shoot 10 shots (2 at each station on the Trap Fields). You will not be “graded” based on how many targets you break. Your shooting will be monitored by Shotgun Qualified Volunteers.
Once you have successfully completed the Shotgun Safety Briefing online and the live fire portion of the qualification process, a SG qualified sticker will be affixed to your badge.
You need to bring:
- Eye and ear protection.
- Shotgun (We do not rent or provide shotguns).
- We do not allow shotguns that do not have a shoulder stock.
- It is recommended that you also bring a shooting vest or shell pouch and a hat.
